-Building an Effective Supplier Management Process
How businesses can reach continuous improvement with their suppliers so that they more consistently deliver on business requirements.

In order to achieve success in today's global economy, businesses today have realized that effectively managing their supply base will lead to cost reduction, increased profitability, and overall enhanced competitiveness. Businesses will need to evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to deliver high quality products, and handle this critical step in their value chains via a well-defined Supplier Management Process. Through this process, businesses are encouraged to set high expectations for their suppliers, and monitor their progress to ensure they improve performance.

This presentation will focus on building an effective Supplier Management Process, with greater emphasis on how businesses can reach continuous improvement with their suppliers, so that they more consistently deliver on business requirements.
